Pronunciation: oh-REE-el

Who She Is

Oreiel is the sun, fourteenth among the Eerkodeshoi in their order of inscription. Her name means “light of God.” She is the herald of the seasons, elder of Adahiel (the Enochean calendar), and master of man’s time of probation — she keeps track and is the scribe of the Book of Life.

What She Teaches

Oreiel teaches mankind to see their visions, and is guardian of the Father’s will. She teaches mankind to work and accomplish their labors. She is the source of the feminine trait of being present in the moment, and companion of holy women. She urges temperance and caution, counseling to be careful and guard against danger.

Guardian of Diversity

She is enemy of darkness and the secrets of Elam, and the link between you and all men in every age and among all kindred, peoples, tongues, and nations — elder of the brotherhood of man and the body of the knowing of God. She is advocate of harmony, tolerance, and compassion, guardian of diversity, and support of the lonely stranger. She teaches parents to treat all their children differently, each according to their need.

Blessings and Insight

She loves the birthing song and never wearies of it. She is elder to name-givers and a willing participant at blessings — a gentle whisper of reminder toward the fulfillment of the Father’s will for each person. She is protector of intelligence and clear insight, giver of dreams, and interpreter of visions. She is a friend of the Day of Remembrance and of the old who reminisce.

Repentance and Guardianship

Before approaching her for counsel, repent for not giving yourself completely to God.

Her Testimony

She will stand as witness to the justice of the Judgement.

Her Place Among the High Priests

Abraham, seventh of the High Priests, is brother to Oreiel.
