Why She Is Beloved
Every hill of the earth never forgets that the Lord walked on them, and they carry a witness of it always in Ebedel. For this reason, Regel is one of the most lovely of all the Watchers of Holiness — who would not want to tread the paths Jesus trod? The Lord God sees Regel as the center of the Word of His Power.
What She Teaches
Regel teaches man all forms of protection from evil, and is man’s great protector. She teaches diligence and never letting one’s guard down or compromising with evil, never being slack in virtue, caution, or preparedness for holy things. She always cries, “Get ready, prepare the way of the Lord.” She is herald of Messiah and wise counselor of those who would walk in holiness.
Guardian of Parents and Children
She is guardian of parents, with answers for troubled parents and wise advice. She loves the prayers of children at sunrise, and at times like these sings songs of glory, joining the feet of man to the feet of God. She is master of learning and curiosity, fortress of those who protect and comfort, and a friend to the depressed after a storm, carrying the healing of Messiah in her soul.
Repentance and Guardianship
Before going to her for advice, repent for your lack of preparedness and personal initiative.
Her Character
She is enemy and chief accuser of soldiers, warriors, and the cruel-hearted.
Her Place Among the High Priests
Israel (Jacob), eighth of the High Priests, is brother to Regel.
