Pronunciation: dek-uh-DAR-chee

Who They Are

The Decadarchoi are the fallen angels, standing opposed to the Eerkodeshoi in every way. “The Eerkodeshoi are the ‘holy watchers’ or angels of heaven mentioned in the Bible and the Dead Sea Scrolls; while the Decadarchoi are the ‘fallen watchers’ who fell away with Satan when he rebelled” (Grandmothers, Introduction p. 15). “The Decadarchoi are the fathers of demons and are the evil spirits of the earth” (I Achee 13:27). Where the Eerkodeshoi are the spirits of life, the Decadarchoi are the spirits of death.

The Meaning of the Name

“The evil ones who fell away from God are called the Decadarchoi, ‘the fallen bullies'”; J. T. Milik lists them and the names of their twenty leaders in his translation of the Cave 4 Enoch material (Enoch, Introduction p. xi). “We call the wicked elements of the earth the Decadarchoi because they have fallen into decay together with their leader Mowtsoor the Decadent” (Enoch, Bedal 8:20). Mowtsoor the Decadent is Semihazah.

How Many

Of the about six hundred watchers of the earth, “about two-hundred of them fell away from God and followed Semihazah and they are represented by twenty leaders” (Handbook p. 525). They are “the one third of the watchers of heaven who fell away” (Melchizedek 2:72).

Spirits of Death

In the end of days the righteous will hope “with the spirits of death being separated from the spirits of life and the sounds of death cast out from among them, enabling the sounds of life to be magnified” (Little Book 3:64).

Their Choice

In the First Great Sevening the watchers chose whom they would follow. “The Decadarchiy, the third who fell away, those who sevened themselves to be like Bad and his followers among the wicked, who now cannot and will not, repent” (Handbook p. 128). “Forgiveness does not apply to the elements of the earth, both because the Eerkodeshoi cannot sin and the Decadarchoi cannot be forgiven” (Grandmothers 4:45). Where the Eerkodeshiy chose to embrace the people in communities, “in the third decision of the First Great Sevening the Decadarchiy chose to establish cities, with the honor that comes from personal ownership of wealth, even to the point of owning the earth and becoming merchants of men” (Melchizedek 5:69–71).

They Would Not Receive Messiah

“The Decadarchoi rejected the pleadings of Melchizedek that Messiah should dwell in them, and they would not worship the image of God” (II Achee 5:15). Achee knew “that Messiah was in and through all element and gave life and identity to all of it, except he could not influence the doings of the Decadarchoi, they being created to express Him, and they would not” (I Achee 1:64).

Their Work Among Men

“In the space of only ten generations the peoples of the earth became ripe in iniquity by the hand of the Decadarchoi, for as the Decadarchoi went forth in their wickedness they did so without meeting any resistance” (Achee, Words of Goker Harim III 1:46). Semihazah “taught Lamech how to use the element of wickedness” (Enoch, Seth 1:40), and “these children of the Decadarchoi are called the Niphilim” (I Achee 1:9). They mocked the waymarks of the Law around Yaatsekawd’s dwelling (Moses 2:88–93). “The Decadarchoi are the enemies of Anokeesed, and they spout obscenities at Him” (Grandmothers 8:30).

Gold

Gold is listed among the fallen watchers as Turiel, “Rock of God,” the eighteenth from Semihazah: “GOLD: ADORNMENTS for SELF GLORY.” But it is unique among them. Turiel “had originally for his definition ‘The Father desires to live with you as if you are the only person He has ever made.’ Some of his kind chose instead the definition that ‘wealth is power and gives authority to oppress.’… Gold that has not been made thus still feels the original definition and has nothing to do with wealth” (Achee, Appendix p. 691). “When gold is used for money it is a Decadarchiy. But when it is not used as money it is used to designate walking with God, like in streets of gold in heaven” (Handbook p. 136).

After the Flood

After the Flood “the Decadarchoi were buried in the earth” (I Achee 1:31). When Noah prayed that they not rule over the children of the righteous, the Lord said, “I must allow a tenth part to remain upon the earth, and those who remain are the evil spirits of the earth, but the rest will be cast down to judgement until the end of days” (I Achee 1:36). Shem “built a protection and a resistance against the evil of the Decadarchoi into all the element of creation in the person of Messiah” (I Achee 1:56). Later, cast down out of heaven, “their dwelling place became within the lives and hearts of the wicked… and all the evil spirits that were restrained by the flood burst forth upon the lives of the wicked” (I Achee 13:27).

What They Know

“The Decadarchoi never know anything of the purposes of Anokeesed for us, and if they encounter such knowledge it is received with disdain” (Grandmothers 9:14). “To this day, the Eerkodeshoi are silent concerning the Decadarchoi” (Enoch, Seth 6 n. 81).

Their End

They will be seen in their true light when the effects of Semihazah and his band are no more, cast off forever with the souls of the wicked.

A Note on Spelling

Also spelled Decadarchiy: the same beings, the same word. The Hebrew plural ending is -iy, not the Greek -oi (Melchizedek, Appendix p. 599). “Decadarchoi” is used in Achee, Enoch and the Ancient Grandmothers; “Decadarchiy” in Melchizedek and Moses; the Handbook uses both.
